Once you have gotten one of us on the phone, please click on the link above to download our Remote Assist application.

After clicking on the download link, follow the instructions below:

Click on Save, then choose the destination (such as your desktop), and double click on the file to start the application.

Once You double click on the file, choose Run.

You should then see this screen.  Tell us the ID number shown on your screen:

That's all you have to do!

This application does not install anything on your system and will automatically remove itself from your system upon disconnect.  Tekglo will absolutely never install anything to compromise your system security!
